Missouri Military Academy accepts young men in grades 9-12 from around the world based upon
their good character and their ability to achieve in the Academy
academic program. The program is dual-tracked, accepting average-ability
and above students who want to be part of a program that has proven
to be the foundation of success for thousands of alumni. The honors
track is designed to prepare students for the larger colleges and
universities. The traditional track prepares students for small
colleges that have support programs.
MMA accepts boys in grades 6-8 into the MMA Middle School based
upon their good character and ability to reach or surpass grade
level.
• Candidates must submit a complete admission
application. The application must be accompanied by a $100.00 non-refundable
application fee and Release Document.
• Evaluations are to be sent directly to Missouri Military Academy
by the evaluators. Evaluations are required from two current or recent
teachers (Preferably math and English instructors), and the principal
or another at school who can vouch for the character of the candidate,
and who has knowledge of the candidate’s ability to perform
the work required.
• Official transcripts are to be sent directly to Missouri Military
Academy from the previous school.
• Candidates may be required to take an admissions examination,
if appropriate test results are not already available on transcripts.
• Interviews on campus with MMA Admissions Counselors are required
of all candidates. If the applicant can not interview on campus, telephone
the Admissions Office at 1.573.581.1776 for alternate arrangements.
• Applications will not be reviewed by the Admissions Committee
until all requested documents have been received in the Admissions
Office.
International
Candidates
I-20 (student visa applications) will be sent to
candidates only after they have been accepted at Missouri Military
Academy and the room deposit has been paid.
